Lindsay C. Cooper
graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1998
with a B.A. in Philosophy. She received her Juris
Doctor Cum Laude degree from the University of
Baltimore School of Law in 2001 and then clerked for
the Honorable John C. Themelis of the Circuit Court
of Maryland for Baltimore City. Her practice areas
include complex civil and criminal litigation in
State and Federal Courts, with a focus on personal
injury and other tort law, business law, family law,
and intellectual property law. She is licensed to
practice law in the State of Maryland, the District
of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for
